About Pure Therapy
A quiet, private approach to wellness rooted in nervous system regulation. Pure Therapy is a boutique wellness space in Florenceville-Bristol designed for people who need rest, not more stimulation. Every service is delivered in a low-sensory, appointment-only environment where the focus is on helping the body settle, regulate, and restore. Led by Registered Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor Magen Charters, Pure Therapy integrates clinical knowledge with gentle, intentional practices including massage therapy, yoga, and contrast therapy. This is not a high-volume clinic or fitness studio. Sessions are personalized, quiet, and designed to support long-term recovery, mobility, and resilience.
